Why might I have to checkout of two shopping carts that seems stupid?
The way we have the site is, we offer a line of clothing through Spreadshirt and original designs though our own printing Define Surf. The good thing for you is it allows us to keep the clothing cheaper for you to buy, by doing this. Certain kinds of designs are cheaper to make through spreadshirt.com. SO if you add items to a shopping cart that don't show up in it, check the shopping cart in the top corner of the page. you can find those in the other shopping cart. I am sorry for the inconvenience. But for now this is how we can offer great deals. In fact, if you do use both shopping carts and order on the same day we will send you a discount code for the next time you shop.

Technical problems with your order
Ordering with Spreadshirt works just fine with most browsers (e.g. Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera). If you do have technical problems, please check the following points and try again to place an order: - Do you use the latest version of the Flash Player? - Are javascript, cookies and pop-ups activated in your browser? If not, the shop might not be represented properly - Do high security setups of your firewall and your router interfere with the data transfer over the internet? If you continue to experience problems, you may want to try using a different web browser. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox for the best results.
Order confirmation not received
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail us at service@spreadshirt.com to let us know that you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date. You can also email info@definesurf.com for more help after you have checked in with Spreadshirt.

Can I Make Changes to or cancel My Order?
You may only make changes to your order if your request is received by us before your order is processed. We may or may not be able to make your requested change(s) to your order, depending on demand. Once your order has been processed and/or shipped we cannot grant change requests. To cancel or change an order, you must first check the status of your order to see if this is possible. To check the status of your order, please log into Your Spreadshirt .
- If your order is labeled “in production”, you will not be able to make changes to your order.
- If it is marked as “wait” or as “new”, and it is between the times of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET Monday - Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by calling our customer service department at 1-800-381-0815.
- If it is outside of normal business hours, then you must cancel your existing order and place a new one with the correct information. To do this, log into Your Spreadshirt and click the red "Cancel" button. If you do not do this, your order will automatically begin production the following morning.
Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order.
Important: it is best to call us or cancel your order to make changes , as e-mails are answered during regular business hours in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your e-mail is processed and your changes would not be able to be made.
Is Your Site Secure?
Yes, Define Surf does not store your credit card information at any time. We never share any of your information with third parties. We offer full SSL protection when information is being passed from you to us during the checkout process. Look for the little lock icon in the bottom-right hand of your browser while you're checking out to see for yourself. We work with Authorize.net to create a system of payment that is secure.
Does Define Surf deliver products overseas?
Yes, Define Surf offers two options for delivering to approximately two dozen international destinations.
UPS International Premium
- Delivery typically takes between three and six business days
- Order tracking available
- Brokerage Service
USPS International Economy
- Order tracking not available
- Delivery takes up to 6 weeks
- No service available for duty and customs
Please note: All packages which weigh over 4 lbs. will be shipped by USPS International Priority. We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes that apply on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can log in to Your Spreadshirt anytime to view your order status. Your password can be found in your order confirmation email or by using the Forgot Password tool on the login page.
What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order, so Define Surf and our partner Spreadshirt will give a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 30 days of sale. Fair Return Policy
Every product ordered at Define Surf and Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.
Promise:
- If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
- If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.
Do I have to pay US sales tax on my order?
No, you do not have to pay US sales tax on your Define Surf/Spreadshirt order.
Unfortunately, customs and countries outside of the USA sometimes place steep taxes and/or duties on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. As we cannot control these additional charges, there is no way to reduce them. However, we have lowered our shipping charges to help reduce some of the costs for these such instances. |
